Why do I see opens in triggered email campaign when it did not yet send emails to end users?

    Hashem Sarsour is there a way to block the simulation email stats from being in the reports? Or to filter them out? It doesn't make sense to have something reporting to actual campaign performance when it's just going through internal QA.

    Brian Schmitt, it is possible to filter QA data from DY reports by filtering the IP of the QA device.
    This can be done from the general settings.
