The Glassbox connector streamlines the transfer of data from the Dynamic Yield campaign management system to Glassbox’s analytics platform. The integration enables the automatic sending of custom events. These events offer you detailed insights into your campaigns, empowering you to analyze and understand them more effectively within the Glassbox environment.
Note that this integration works only with Dynamic Yield script implementations.
Install the connector
- In the Experience OS store, go to Glassbox and click Learn More.
- On the Glassbox page, click Install.
After you install the Glassbox connector, it appears in your extension library in Web Personalization. In this view, you can disable and enable the connector as needed.
View Dynamic Yield campaigns in your Glassbox console
Before you complete the following steps, make sure you have the Glassbox script on your website. After you enable the connector, you're Dynamic Yield campaigns will show in your Glassbox console automatically.
Disable Glassbox for individual campaigns
By default, the connector triggers Glassbox events for all of your campaigns. However, you can disable (and re-enable) it for individual campaigns using the Track campaign performance toggle in the Create Campaign screen. Note that if you have the Analytics Platform Integration connector installed, it will stop sending events to that extension as well.
