Klaviyo is a marketing automation platform that enables businesses to create personalized, data-driven email campaigns to help e-commerce businesses enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
With the Klaviyo Universal Block connector, you can seamlessly incorporate your reusable Klaviyo content blocks into Experience Email. This integration saves time and resources, streamlining creation and testing while ensuring consistency across campaigns.
Install the connector
- In the Experience OS store, go to Klaviyo Universal Block › Learn More and then click Install.
The connector appears in your extensions library in Experience Email. In this view, you can set the connector status as needed
- Click the status button and select Activate.
- In the settings popup:
- If you have more then one Klaviyo integration, select the right one from the integration dropdown. If you only have one, this field does not appear.
- Enter your secret key (from Klaviyo) and then click Test Integration to make sure the credentials are correct
- Click Save.
Sync your campaigns to Klaviyo
When the connector is installed and active, any new campaign you create is automatically synced to Klaviyo. You can sync or unsync your existing campaigns with 1 click:

Update Sync: Sends an UPDATE API request to Klaviyo.

Copy code to clipboard: Copies the embed code.

Disable sync: Deletes the block from Klaviyo.

Sync Setting: Routes you to the Klaviyo Universal Blocks configuration setting dialog.
Use the campaigns on Klaviyo
All the campaigns that synced from Dynamic Yield to Klaviyo automatically appear in your Klaviyo account. This means that you can use these blocks for any new campaign you want to build in Klaviyo.
