Query report
The Top Search Queries area helps you quickly track what users have recently searched for on your website.
Click Full Report to view the Query Performance report and dive deeper into search trends and behavior.
The full query report includes the following information for each query:
- Searches: The total number of times a query was searched.
- % of total searches: The proportion of a query’s searches relative to all searches.
- Clicks: The number of searches that resulted in at least one click.
- CTR: The percentage of searches that led to a click on any product.
-
Average click position: The average position of clicks within the search results.
Note: Average click position is displayed only for search queries with at least 50 clicks.
By default, the report is sorted by the number of searches (highest to lowest). However, you can manually sort by any metric (ascending or descending), except for the query name.
Filter by audience
To analyze how different audiences are using the search function, you can filter the queries table by audience. This enables you to review only the queries sent by users belonging to a selected audience at the time the search was conducted.
