Investigate issues in your campaigns, audiences, and assets by viewing a history of changes, including which items were changed and who changed them. For example, if a campaign begins underperforming, or you want to investigate discrepancies between different campaigns, you can use the activity history to help get a better picture. Activity information is available for the past 2 years.
The Experience OS dashboard contains a summary of the most recent activity. The list is available for both web and mobile sites. Click an item to open it in edit mode.
In the dashboard, click See All Activity to view the full list, which also includes more information about the types of items.
Activity details
To view details about changes to campaigns or templates, click Details. Currently, the following components are tracked:
- Template name
- Template status
- Template code (HTML, CSS or JS)
- Campaign name
- Campaign status
- Campaign API selector

Campaign and template activity
In addition, you can view the history of changes to individual site personalization campaigns by selecting the Options menu next to any campaign and clicking Activity.
You can also click the Activity icon in the campaign or template form to view a history of changes in a new tab.
