You can modify some of your user details by clicking the User icon and selecting My Account. The following details are displayed:
- Name: Your first and last name
- Email: Your email address
- Mobile phone number: Used for two‑factor authentication when you log in
Password: Your password for logging in to Dynamic Yield. It must be 8–20 characters and can include the following: A–Z, a–z, 0–9, and these symbols: ! # $
Notes:
- You can't change your email address.
- Password and phone number settings don't apply to users who sign in with SSO.
