Experience App is an Experience OS app that enables you to personalize and optimize your native mobile app experiences using API campaigns. With Experience App, you can connect your app data with CRM, web, and email channels to power experiences that drive action and improve retention.
With Experience App, control any element of your app from within Experience OS so you can dynamically change elements and screens, and personalize without needing to submit your app to the app stores. You can connect your mobile app with CRM, web, and email channels to power experiences that drive action, and run experiments to optimize your personalization program and improve KPIs.
Experience OS unifies your customer experience across channels. This means that, for example, if a user browses a product category for the first time on your mobile app (say, shoes), and then their next visit is to your website, they'll see recommendations for shoes, even though this data was never accessed on the website. The user is added to the applicable audiences, and their affinity profile is updated. This provides your users with a better experience, while driving your business goals forward.

Managing Experience App
Experience App provides a hub for all your app personalization needs, and includes the following areas:
- Campaigns: Experience App supports custom code campaigns and recommendation campaigns, leveraging all of the tools in the Dynamic Yield personalization ecosystem, including audiences and affinity profiling.
- Templates: In this tab, you can manage any templates you've created for app personalization. See Creating Templates to learn more. These are in addition to the built-in templates Dynamic Yield offers when you create a campaign.
- Extensions: This is your library of extensions and third-party integrations you use for app personalization, such as analytics or CRM.
