At Dynamic Yield, we continuously improve our system and roll out enhancements as quickly as possible, with minimal disruption to your business activities.
This article describes the types of maintenance activities we perform and how they might affect you.
Release activities
-
New feature release for Experience OS:
New features and functions are released weekly and do not involve any downtime. -
Back-end releases (such as algorithm enhancements):
We work in a continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) process. This means we deploy bug fixes and other enhancements as soon as they’re ready, so you can benefit from them immediately. These updates also do not involve any downtime. -
Automated testing:
All Experience OS feature and back-end releases go through automated tests that validate system stability and ensure that changes are deployed smoothly.
Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled downtime
-
Planned downtime:
On rare occasions, maintenance that requires downtime might be necessary. If so, we'll notify you at least a week in advance, in Experience OS.
Scheduled maintenance usually happens on Sundays to minimize impact (morning European time, before sunrise US time). -
Downtime status:
When scheduled downtime is planned, or in the unlikely event of unplanned downtime, you can always check the system status on the Status Page, which is updated continuously.
