Previewing Campaigns With DY

While previewing a campaign, a user is able to navigate between experiences and variations. This is a feature available to DY users and is accessible as long as you are logged in.

If a user is not logged in to DY and clicks on a DY preview link, they will not be able to navigate between experiences and variations for security reasons. This is to ensure that only authorized users are able to navigate between available campaign content.

To enable a user without DY access to review multiple experiences and variations within a campaign, you are always able to share the preview email with them from within the Site Personalisation area:

This will allow them to access all of the campaign's content from within the email.
