When do trigger emails start sending emails?

Issue:

In triggered emails when I created a campaign that triggers for users who made a purchase in 60 days and did not make a purchase in the last 30 days... however no emails are sent yet.

Solution:

Triggers start working from the time you activate the campaign. It does not take into consideration users who fulfilled the conditions before creating and activating the campaign.
