Solution:

In order to check if the issue is with bots, it is recommended to use Audience Explorer with the following conditions:

• Number of pageviews <= 1
• Traffic source = Direct
• Event trigger -> purchase -> less than 1

These conditions are indications of bot behavior and most likely the difference of users between DY and GA will appear in these conditions.

When encountering them, it is recommended to contact DY support in order to identify the user-agents that are causing the discrepancy and to block them.
