Troubleshoot a Triggered Email Campaign

Many times there would be complaints regarding a problem in triggered email campaigns.
We can't really troubleshoot a test triggered email of our own without it reaching to every user who meets its triggering condition.

The way around it is to create a custom trigger email campaign and base the trigger on an event only you can send.
