What could cause user discrepancy between DY and GA?
Issue:
DY dashboard is showing a lot more users than GA even though purchases and revenue are matching.
Solution:
When an issue with this information comes, it is recommended to always check the following:
- If IP filters are similar between DY and GA
- Timezone settings are matching between DY and GA
- If a specific device or country is responsible for the discrepancy - it is possible that it is connected to a specific device implementation.

5. Make sure you select the full test version in DY by checking that the time frame covers the entire time for the version you are looking at. Users are counted only once, at the moment they were first exposed to the test in DY campaign reports. If a user is seeing the test for the second time, they are not included in a selected time frame if it doesn’t include their first interaction.
6. Make sure all pages where DY's campaign is running is also being tracked by your analytics platform.
