DY.API event not firing on incognito

I have multiple touchpoints in a multitouch campaign.
every touchpoint has two events (GA and DY) that fire when an element is clicked (on click JS function),

For some reason when in incognito mode only the GA event fire but not the DY event.
only when I refresh the page and click on a touchpoint again the DY event fire along with the GA.

Why it is happening and how can I fix it?
