Event Trigger

Hi,

If an Experience is targeted with the condition of Event Trigger --> Add to Cart, the Experience will be served to?

1. Users that have started a new session on the site and added an item to their cart during their most recent previous session

2. Users that add an item to their cart during the current session

3. Any user that belongs to an Audience of users that have triggered the Add to Cart within the past year

4. Any user that added an item to their cart during a previous session on the site within the last 30days.

Which is the 4 statement above is the best? I'm not sure if it's #2 idea if I'm correct.
