What is the limit of touchpoints that can be added to an experience in a multi-touch campaign? Are there any risks to page load speed or the experience rendering properly as you add more touchpoints?

  Hi Joe,

   

  Each variation within a Multi-Touch campaign can include up to 20 touchpoints.

   

  It is difficult to say generally whether or not so many touchpoints would impact these things, and would likely have more to do with:

  1. How many of these touchpoints are running on the same page
  2. How large / heavy each of these touchpoints are

  When testing out your desired Multi-Touch campaign, if you face any issues with these things, feel free to reach out to your Technical Account Manager or Support. We can help brainstorm an alternative solution if needed.
