When does using element click for triggering Custom code does not work?

Issue:

When creating a custom code campaign with a trigger of “Element click”. 

Clicking on the element does not trigger the campaign.

This issue does not happen for other campaigns.

Solution:

The trigger of “Element click” works with div elements.

When choosing a selector that is not a div type, the trigger will not work.

It is recommended to use our tool for picking selectors which makes sure to choose div elements all the time, however, if for some reason you are not able to use it, then make sure to copy the selector of div elements.
