What to do when the implementation helper dispappears

If Dynamic Yield's implementation helper disappeared from your site, please try the following:

• Make sure that you are logged into your DY admin
• Check whether it's hidden by another element. e.g. chatbot on your website.
• clear your cache and browsing data
• try a different browser

If the above does not help and you're using chrome, the following should help:

• open chrome://flags
• set "SameSite by default cookies" to "disabled"
• relaunch Chrome
