Invalid "page condition were not met" in preview mode

anyone else getting this - especially on mobile, that when previewing a campaign (with very little page conditions/targetting in) - that it works fine on desktop BUT does not load/render on mobile "page condition were not met" - even though i have not specified device/browser etc etc.

there is nothing in the build or setup which does not make it not compatible to mobile

  If this is for a client-side campaign (HTML+CSS+JS code loaded through the scripts), these campaigns usually target specific HTML selectors in which they place the content of the campaign. Some sites have different selectors for the same elements in desktop vs mobile (as elements may need to be rendered differently for example), and thus the campaign may not be finding the selector when browsed through a mobile device.

  In any case, rather than guessing in these cases we encourage you to open a support ticket so we can look into the matter in detail for you and spot what may be amiss. Our support team will make sure to guide you on sorting this kind of situation as quickly and effectively as possible.
