Offline use-cases

Hi all,

I'm Keren - DY4developer's PM. I'm very interested to learn about your offline use-cases (if you have any). Use-cases like a kiosk in your store's, call center's agents that communicate with your clients or anything else. Please elaborate on what data would serve your offline use-case.

  Hi Keren!
  
  - We have Kiosks done through DY at one of our customers. The case changes the whole layout and behaviour of the site for in-store terminals. I wouldn't call that offline, though.

  - Another customer of ours has product bundling though DY PT recommendation strategy. Recommendations are taken to the back-end and users are provided with a discount for buying two products together as a single cart item.
