Are the report metrics unique?

Are the report metrics unique? I.e if a user has 3 add to cart events, will the report show 1, or 3?

  Not unique. Report will show 3.
  The only thing that is unique, is “Users”. If someone is exposed to a test twice, is will show 1, not 2, under “Users”.
