How to send p12 files to enable push notification?

I want to enable push notification feature on iOS platform. I follow the steps on this article: 

I didn't know

1. how to send the p12 files to dynamic yields?
2. where in the website is the responsible part for uploading p12 files?

 

please provide an answer with screenshot if possible
