Why do I see opens in triggered email campaign when it did not yet send emails to end users?
Issue:
A triggered email campaign was created a few days ago and is set to send the emails after 30 days, however in the report, we are seeing emails that were sent to users and it counted opens and purchases.
Solution:
When using simulation in triggered emails, it sends real emails and the data collected by these emails are counted in the triggered email report.
This is similar to our site personalization campaign when using draft mode and preview. We count the data that was collected in the preview and show it in the campaign report.

Brian Schmitt, it is possible to filter QA data from DY reports by filtering the IP of the QA device.
This can be done from the general settings.
